Jewellery Arabia 2011’s exhibition in Bahrain welcomed over 550 companies from 22-26 November, due to showcase their latest creations to an audience of 50 000 visitors. Held under the patronage of His Royal Highness the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, it is the largest and most prestigious jewellery show in the Middle-East.
High jewellery brand AKILLIS from Paris, France, was present under the pavilion of Bahrain’s leading jeweller BJC (Bahrain Jewellery Center), thus joining eminent luxury brands such as Chopard, Harry Winston, Omega and Piaget amongst numerous others. AKILLIS had participated in the exhibition last year and was pleased and confident to present its new collections at Jewellery Arabia 2011.
AKILLIS was particularly proud to showcase its most unique piece of high-jewellery: a PUZZLE necklace made of 18 carat gold, set with no less than 1800 meticulously selected diamonds. To attract the high-quality jewel lovers and collectors of Jewellery Arabia, AKILLIS also presented its new collections including MINI BANG BANG and MINI PUZZLE, very delicate sets of pendants, charms bracelets, clip earrings and rings, available in 18 carat white gold, pink gold or yellow gold, in full gold version or with diamond setting. Without much surprise, the MINI PUZZLE chain ring, already a success in France, was the best-selling piece for AKILLIS this year at Jewellery Arabia.
With its original designs, AKILLIS rejuvenates the traditional world of French fine jewellery while keeping its know-how (each and every piece is hand made in France). Now solidly anchored in France and in Russia, AKILLIS wishes to develop furthermore in the Middle-East. No doubt that the brand’s participation, together with BJC jewellers, at Bahrein’s trend-setting jewellery show will reinforce its presence in the region.
