Italian actress Cristiana Capotondi discovers the new collection of Jaeger-LeCoultre timepieces at SIHH 2012
Cristiana Capotondi visited Jaeger-LeCoultre at SIHH 2012. CEO Jerome Lambert welcomed the famous Italian actress who was delighted by the new feminine timepieces.

Cristiana Capotondi is considered to be one of the finest upcoming Italian actresses.
Her first appearance on the big screen was in 1995 with Vacanze di Natale ’95. In 2004 she was cast in Luisa di Sanfelice (2004) by the Taviani brothers. That same year she had a part in Eugenio Cappuccio’s Volevo solo dormirle addosso – which was presented at the 61st Venice International Film Festival in the Mezzanotte section – and in Christmas in love. She was in the running for a Silver Ribbon as best non protagonist actress for her roles in both these films in 2005. In 2006 she starred in Notte prima degli esami; her nomination as best female protagonist was among the 11 David di Donatello nominations the film received. She was awarded the Diamanti al cinema Award and the prestigious Biraghi Award. In 2007 she was in the running for a Silver Ribbon for Come tu mi vuoi as best female protagonist. In 2008, she received the L’Oréal Paris film Award in Venice. In 2010 she returned to television and won the Romy Schneider Award for her role as the Empress Sissi. She also starred in the screen film Dalla vita in poi for which she won the Best Female Actress Award at the Festival of Taormina. Again in 2010, she also had a role in Carlo Mazzacurati’s La passione, which was in competition at the 67th Venice Film Festival, as well as a role in the short film The Wholly Family directed by Terry Gilliam. She has currently (2011) been cast in La kryptonite nella borsa, Ivan Cotroneo’s debut film as director, and La peggior settimana della mia vita, Alessandro Genovesi’s first film.
