Laurent Ferrier showing at SalonQP in London

The 2012 edition of Salon QP took place from 8 to 10 November last in the Saatchi gallery and it was Laurent Ferrier ‘s first participation. This event which each year assembles the most significant brands in High Horology, is a unique opportunity to admire rare timepieces and meet some of the key players behind some of the most prominent horological houses. As with every event, it was a delight for Laurent Ferrier to beat feet and meet craftsmanship afficionados. If Salon QP has now ended, Laurent Ferrier ‘s creations will continue to be displayed at William & son, William Asprey’s iconic boutique in Mayfair.

Under the Watchzoomer’s magnifying glass

London’s Salon QP also saw Laurent Ferrier unveil a «World First» , a new exhibition concept designed for Hich Horology: The Watchzoomer. During Salon QP’s three days, the watches were presented in this original showcase, which was equipped with a mobile magnifying glass, allowing to highlight horological details that normally would be invisibile to the naked eye. Laurent Ferrier was able to benefit exclusively from this new display technology, matching its own innovative know-how, developed by Dietlin Artisans Métalliers
