Time flies by. I am pleased to announce the 10th Anniversary of Vogard. We commemorate this milestone with a series of special watches to be launched during this year. The first is a limited edition of our flagship model, the Datezoner Pilot.

New Datezoner Pilot, 24 pieces only
The DATEZONER PILOT sets a new benchmark for world timers by combining 3 complications, the big date, time zone and chronograph functions.

The date is set via the bezel and is synchronised with every city on the bezel. Eventually, it always displays the right date even when you turn the bezel over the dateline, clockwise AND counter clockwise.

To commemorate our 10th Anniversary we introduce an edition limited to 24 pieces only in a special blue look.

1 piece per time zone only !
The bezel in our corporate blue color was blued with the same process like traditional watch screws are treated. It is engraved with UTC and all major metropolitan IATA airport codes. The bezel may be customized with your own favorite airport codes for a moderate extra cost.

This exclusive edition is limited to 24 pieces only, one piece per time zone. Each of them is individually numbered from Nr -12 to Nr +12.

The secret
The linking of the time zone with date is a world first in the history of Swiss mechanical watch making. This ingenious solution became possible thanks to the development of a complex, angled synchronisation wheel.

The calculation of the exact angle for the positioning of the wheel on an inclined plans is a secret known only to VOGARDs engineers.

Extra large hands
The Datezoner Pilot is equipped with extra large skeletonised hands in order to read all instruments instantly and to give the watch a very masculine look. The hands are covered with strontium-aluminates, a substance known for its strong fluoresence at night.

Big date
The date window positioned at 6 o'clock is extra large so that the date is very easy to read. Its functionality is enhanced by a day/night disc positioned over the date. The date changes clockwise and counter-clockwise when you turn the bezel over the midnight line.

Anniversary Box
This superbe timepiece comes in a special anniversary box with an extra strap and a strap changing tool. The box is covered with 6 layers of deep blue lacquer.
