After big cities as Paris, Geneva and more recently Barcelona, the Ice-Watch brand opened on July 19th a Flagship store in Amsterdam.
Already well-established in the Netherlands with more than 380 stores selling the brand, Ice-Watch decided to go further with the opening of a very well located store.
Right in the middle of one of the main shopping streets, the coloured timepieces are now rubbing shoulders with big brands such as Diesel, Guess, Mac, Coca Cola Store, H&M, Scotch & Soda and many others.
On August 21st, the opening party was held to present the brand and latest collections to the press, big clients, relations and celebs.
With now 10 million watches sold and around 12.000 sales outlets in more than 110 countries, Amsterdam is the 7th Flagship of the Ice-Watch brand.
“We are very proud to have opened the first Flagship store in the Netherlands. Not only does it show the full brand experience, it also conveys an important message: we are here to stay!”, says Paul Simons, Ice-Watch distribution in the Netherlands.
The Ice-Watch brand, a real fashion phenomenon ever since it was created in 2007 by the Belgian entrepreneur Jean-Pierre Lutgen, is breathing new life into watch-making by offering ontrend watches at affordable prices. The concept: sporty chic silicon cases and straps in a wide range of colours that revisit the codes of classical styles. An invitation to wearers to alternate their watches so as to refine their look depending on their mood, their age and their style.
