To celebrate the opening of its new flagship boutique in Geneva on Rue du Rhone, American jeweller Harry Winston (owned by Swatch Group) presented a collection of Limited Edition Timepieces: the Premier Feathers Limited Edition Geneva and the Midnight Tourbillon GMT Limited Edition Geneva.
The Premier Feathers Limited Edition Geneva pays tribute to the warm and shimmering, yet elegant colors of the Fall season. Nestled at the heart of the case, the dial is adorned with a marquetry of feathers in a delicate palette of gold, orange, brown and ochre tones that capture the spirit of the autumn hues. Available in a limited edition of 8 pieces worldwide, this glamorous and exclusive timepiece is set with a total of 96 brilliant-cut diamonds (approximately 1.6 carats). It is equipped with a quartz movement and teamed with an elegant black satin strap.
The Midnight Tourbillon GMT Limited Edition Geneva timepiece, crafted in 18K rose gold, shows both the mastery of classical watchmaking art and the contemporary vision that define fine watchmaking at Harry Winston. The 45 mm diameter case seamlessly incorporates the brand’s iconic arches, a subtle reminder of the neoclassical vault dominating the façade of the Harry Winston salon in New York City.
The combination of a tourbillon, one of haute horologeries most sophisticated and technically challenging complications, with a dual time zone function. Equipped with a self-winding movement composed of 550 parts, finished to the highest standards of haute horlogerie, hand-chamfered with vertical Côtes de Genève and black ruthenium treatment, it features a power-reserve of 110 hours and is available in a limited edition of 5 pieces worldwide.
