Romain Jerome celebrates the ‘King’ Pelé and presents him with a timepiece from the Titanic-DNA Collection

After Ronaldo, the top goal-scorer of all-time in the final stages of the Football World Cup, became an owner of one of these exceptional timepieces, another living legend from the world of football, ‘King’ Pelé, has been invited to join this exclusive club.

Mr. Arpa, C.E.O. of the Swiss watchmaking company Romain Jerome, presented ‘King’ Pelé with a watch from the prestigious ‘Titanic-DNA Collection’ during a Gala dinner organised at the Hôtel Beau Rivage in Lausanne on 17th November. The watches featuring in this collection are inspired by the legendary ocean-liner ‘Titanic’ and incorporate authentic parts extracted from the ship.

According to Yvan Arpa, this tribute to the man who scored 1,281 goals illustrates the commitment of Romain Jerome to celebrating the greatest legends of our times.

In addition to this magnificent present, the watchmakers Romain Jerome (the event sponsors) contributed another of its precious timekeepers to a raffle that was organised during the event.
